Happy Birthday

24 October, this day has been long awaited and it has finally arrived. It is a great blessing for me to have the privilege to share a birthday with my mother, my mentor, my best friend and my pillar of strength.

Thank you to everybody that wished us a happy birthday, we really enjoyed our day to the fullest. Glory be to God for giving us another year to experience and for bringing us through all that we have experienced.

It's amazing how you consume so much sugar on your birthday, it's unbelievable!! All the cakes and chocolates I have been stuffing my face with, although they are very delicious but the mission it will be to work them off, #StraightUp. Thanks anyway for treats guys, indeed this day only comes once a year. And to my crazy friends that spread and smeared icing sugar all over my face, love you guys. xx

I really enjoyed my day and am grateful for all the love and joy I received. Countdown for the next one has begun, one year to go!!

Remember God love you and so do I.

Dear To Me.

Dress and Lace jacket- Legit / Stockings and Shoes- Edgars / Earrings- Milady's / Sunglasses- Gifted

"Sometimes what you are looking for comes when you are not looking." This is very true, as we're always caught up in the many things of life. When the world just throws everything it can in your face and you're stressing about how you're going to get through it all. I have truly experienced this and I'm sure you also have.

One thing I have learnt and am still living by is to just leave it all to God. He knows how to bring you through it without hurting you and while teaching you a life lesson that will stay with you forever. Whether it being tough decisions you have to make or things are not going the way you would like them to, ask God to see you through for He knows the plans that he has for you. And they are not plans to hurt or harm you but plans to prosper you and to give you a hope and a future.

(Jeremiah 29v11) A verse that is dear to me.

I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Remember God loves you and so do I.

Statement

Denim has and will always be a statement trend. Before it was thought as a fashion faux pas to wear denim on denim but now it is totally the in thing. Denim shirts and jackets can worn over your favourite pair of jeans, just make sure they are different shades of denim.

Pastels are trending again this spring/summer, from shoes, jeans, dresses and accessories like handbags. These ice-cream colours give a '50s-inspired look to your outfits and are absolutely adorable.
